As I reflect on my teaching experience at the Demonstration School, Khon Kaen University, several key aspects stand out. Firstly, the procedures of teaching were well-established, with clear guidelines and expectations provided by my supervisor. This allowed me to plan and execute lessons effectively, ensuring that learning objectives were met and students remained engaged.

Time management and organizing activities

Time management and organizing activities were essential skills that I honed during my time at the school. With multiple tasks and responsibilities, including lesson preparation, teaching, and extracurricular activities, it was crucial to allocate time efficiently. By prioritizing tasks and creating schedules, I was able to navigate through my daily responsibilities smoothly, maximizing productivity and minimizing stress.

Classroom management

Classroom management was another area where I focused my efforts. Maintaining a conducive learning environment required effective communication, consistency, and mutual respect between myself and the students. By establishing clear expectations, implementing fair disciplinary measures, and fostering positive relationships, I was able to create a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.

Problem-solving while teaching and staying in the designated school presented various challenges that required adaptability and resilience. By seeking support from colleagues, utilizing available resources, and remaining flexible in my approach, I was able to overcome obstacles and ensure a successful teaching experience.
